What You'll Do

As our AI & Automation Developer, you'll be instrumental in building the technological backbone that powers our operations. Your work will directly impact our efficiency and growth:

Primary Responsibilities

• Workflow Architecture: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated n8n automation workflows that eliminate manual processes and reduce operational friction
• System Integration: Create seamless connections between disparate systems using APIs and webhook integrations
• Custom Development: Develop robust custom functions and business logic using JavaScript and Python
• AI Implementation: Research, integrate, and optimize AI tools including OpenAI, embeddings, and document processing solutions
• Quality Assurance: Debug, test, and continuously optimize workflows for maximum reliability and scalability
• Documentation & Support: Create comprehensive documentation and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Proven n8n Experience: Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex n8n workflows in production environments
• Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript and Python with experience in automation contexts
• API Expertise: Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and system interconnectivity
• AI/ML Familiarity: Working knowledge of AI tools, large language models, and emerging automation technologies
• Independent Work Style: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with our small, dynamic team

Preferred Qualifications

• Local Presence: Located in or near Conroe, TX for in-person collaboration and meetings
• Business Tools Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems and other cloud-based business platforms
• Industry Background: Experience in aviation, sales operations, or B2B automation environments
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Track record of identifying process inefficiencies and implementing technical solutions
